I
would like to introduce you to Niboshi Ramen in Sayama, Saitama, Japan😃🤤🍜.
The menu includes “thick niboshi soba”, “light Chinese soba”, and “thick seafood tsukemen” with each “special” and “flavored egg”, various toppings, rice dishes, and drinks.
A limited “cold niboshi” was also offered.
This time, I chose the “Light Chinese Soba”, which I had not tried yet.
The ramen came out a short while later, and I immediately started eating it.😋🍜
The clear soup has a soy sauce flavor with a chicken or other animal-based feel.
The flavor of sweet soy sauce and ginger blended into the soy sauce spreads softly and is accented by a tangy stimulation, creating a perfect balance that reminds one of “Nagaoka Ginger Soy Sauce.
The noodles are thin and straight with low water content.
They are boiled to a near crunchy consistency, with a crispy, crunchy texture that lifts the soup well and tastes good.â
Toppings: pork, bamboo shoots, green onion, seaweed
The chashu is two small pieces of pork belly.
It is tender, well-cooked, well-seasoned, and delicious.â
It is also nice that there are plenty of green onions!
The overall impression is that it is a very tasty bowl with a sweet, gentle, nostalgic atmosphere with a nice ginger flavor….
Thank you very much!🌈👍😂✨
